Sanctuary Beaumaris offers a range of different styles of yoga that suits everyone in some way. From restorative flow, Yoga Basics, Yoga Alignment, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra...there are many to choose from. We aim to offer a wide variety of classes that cater for newbies through to the advanced yogi. All our classes a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. Every teacher has a different style - we don' t believe in conforming to the current trends.
Barre Attack: A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.
