Sanctuary Beaumaris offers a range of different styles of yoga that suits everyone in some way. From restorative flow, Yoga Basics, Yoga Alignment, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra...there are many to choose from. We aim to offer a wide variety of classes that cater for newbies through to the advanced yogi. All our classes a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. Every teacher has a different style - we don' t believe in conforming to the current trends.

Barre Attack

Barre Attack: A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.

Renee Scott, the cre­ator of Barre Attack and Mas­ter Trainer says:

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a all levels class that offers full body strength and conditioning for our clients. using equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles and therabands each session offer a a challenging practice in the true style of Joseph Pilates.
