Silent yoga - take yourself on a journey away from sounds of the other yogis around you. By taking away the distractions from what other people are doing or how they are breathing, you’ll be able to completely zone out and focus on your own practice. Each participant wears wireless headphones which relay their teacher's guidance to fully immerse themselves in their own practice!
