Yoga for Beginners.
Running every term in 2019 on Thursday nights for those new to yoga or anyone wanting to revisit the fundamentals of their practice.
This 90 min practice will include practice, discussion and opportunity for questions so all students gain a sound base to begin their yoga journey.
you must attend 4 of the 6 classes in order to participate and you may make up up to 2 classes somewhere else on the timetable during term time.
